i just wanted to relate my experience with Badger customer service on here.
I sent in my Patriot 105 for a tune up, and my very old model 200 ( that I bought at a flea market for 2 bucks ) for a complete overhaul. On their website instructions for repairs they want you to send a $12 check along with your air brush, but I forgot to do that. After a couple of weeks I called for a status check and they actually connected me to the tech who was fixing them. He was very pleasent on the phone and said the absence of the $12 was no problem. Another week went by and I received both my airbrushes, including the old parts ,with an invoice for only $31.16. and man there was a bunch of parts that got replaced.
Rare is the company these days that sends you the repaired items then trusts you to send their remittance . They made both AB's work like new and I'm here to tell ya that I'm very happy with the Badger Company.
