Yes Don, that also happened to me once, but I was lucky enough to catch the bottle before it did any real mess. I'm still prettty quick in my old age i guess lol. I wraped the threads on the jar with a little plumbers teflon tape and never had that problem again.

It's good to hear that others have had simlar encounters with Badger's and Iwata's terrifc customer service as well.

 With my redone Bagder 105 I am attempting to spray a 3 color camo pattern on an F-11 E  1/48 scale freehand, my second attempt.  I first used rolled poster tack to mask each color .  The masking came out pretty good but the blue poster tack left unsightly stains in the paint so here I go again...  The challenge is getting the psi and the paint mix just right enabeling me to spray the fine demarcation lines and to find a way to steady my hand while spraying.

I too sent my old Badger 200 in for rebuild a couple months ago. Enclosed the $12 check and had it back in around a couple weeks and worked liked new. Was WELL worth it for sure. Don't remember what the bill was but they get 5 gold stars for service from me.

Kudos for good service,I have not used it but I here Iwata is top notch also.

I have always had good dealings with Badger.  Lost the manual for one of my Badger airbrushes- found complete pdf of manual on company web site.

Only gripe recently is with the bottle holders on their suction feed airbrushes (I prefer suction feed).  Used to be the bottle "cap" and pickup tube were permanently attached.  Now, they  are a plastic bottle cap assembly that plugs- friction fit- into a hole in brush.  I keep knocking the thing out of alignment when screwing bottle on, and the fit is not real secure. I have twice had a bottle of paint fall out of gun and spash onto floor.  A real mess!
