Proper psi on a Badger TC910

Compressors have a couple of pressure switches... One is set for turning on when tank pressure hits a certain level, the other shuts off the pump when tank is full.  As long as it cycles on and off, it sounds like running normal.  The bigger the tank the less cycling it will do with an AB.

Got that covered. 1st thing I did after unboxing the Comp. 

The needle doesn't drop any. If set at 20psi.....it'll go for about 45 secs, then cycle on for less than a minute.

To me.....I would think it wouldn't cycle on so quickly. But my old A/C Comp was an Aztec than ran continuously.

Sounds okay.  However, if you want to ensure no links, rap all connection threads with teflon pluming tape.

If your operating pressure never dropped out then everything is fine. As mentioned the compressor is just refilling the air you used. It has to do that to maintain your working pressure. AB compressors have small tanks is all but enough to eliminate air pulsing and uneven working pressure...
