I'd never heard of such a beast, so I Googled it & watched a video review of a "no-name" brush supplied to the reviewer by Spraygunners. Obviously, the man is a professional artist, with skills far beyond mine, but he put it through its paces and it was impressive to see. However, it had the rechargeable battery and compressor attached directly to the body of the brush - underneath, where the air-hose would normally go - and he had to use both hands to support the airbrush with it attached. That looked both uncomfortable and impractical - why not connect the brush to the battery/compressor by means of an air-hose?
Apparently the battery recharged (from a USB port) in an hour and a half, and gave one to two hours use when fully charged. The operating noise on the video seemed minimal, and the brush very capable indeed so, if the battery/compressor could be connected by a hose, I'd say it was a winner - no more need for a large, heavy compressor, provided the airflow was stable and constant - I think the reviewer said it ran at 20 - 27 PSI. The video didn't mention the price - I wonder why?
Vell, Zaphod's just zis guy, you know?
