Good advice Rick.
I always wait 48 hours before applying paint on top of another coat of paint or sanding.

No problem wet sanding the Floquil grey primer. Just be sure it has cured for about 48 hours. If you do it too soon you may see little balls of paint rubbing off. Speaking from experience, sadly enough.
