What actually works for stripping acrilic paint

Castrol Super Clean works very well on acrylic or enamel (haven't tried it on laquer). Sometimes Windex, Simple Green, or Formula 409 will work on acrylics, but not always.

It never has any of the times that I've used it, and I make a lot of mistakes. Be sure to avoid prolonged contact with your hands, and wash the parts well afterwards. It leaves some sort of slippery residue on the plastic, but it works great.
