I don't have the 360 but do have the 155 which is identical except for the fact mine is siphon fed and the 360 is either siphon or gravity... the only complaints I have heard about the 360 is using it in gravity feed you can only get 3 or 4 drops of paint with thinner added in the little cup. So even for detail it would require frequent filling.
As far as general performance it is similar to the 155 as it is the same brush with a twist (literally

)... with the 155 I got fine lines out of the box, and with a little practice and getting in real tight with them.
Doing a tri-color WWII USN pattern on a plane I was able to spray the fuselage over the wing with no masking and there was no overspray. It also does good medium coverage, although for 1/48 bombers and such I plan to use my 175 as it does better at large jobs.
Cleanup is where I love this brush... and it woud be the same for the 360. Spray some thinner, back flush, spray more clean thinner, wipe down the needle and lube.. thats it! (well of course clean the cup too) takes maybe a minute or so to do it!
I mostly use the metal color cup when spraying small pieces or detail and imagine it is "close" to what gravity feed does... with properly thinned paint I am getting lines down in the 1/16th size range... (need more practice as I am not consistent yet, but it does the job)
Although I like my 175, the 155 (360 without the cup) is much better for detail... I think the 175 would do it with more practice but I like my 155 too much and it's so much easier so I take the easy route... The Paasche VL while a good brush would compare more to the 175 than the 155/360 brushes...
