Meed Help with compressor choise!!!!

hm ok man thank you , Iam no trying to get a Airmaster Plus which seems nice to just have a wide range of psi . I hope i get it.

Ok I'll stick to modleing to help you out. You will not need more then 25-30 psi MAx, most of your model ABing will be around 15-20 psi. 25-30 psi to clean with. With an oiless or diaphram compressor, often called a hobby compressor youll need a air regulator and moisture trap. You air will be coming to your AB directly from the compressor in really fast pulses. If you find that idea bad(I use a testors mini blue myself)then there are small hobby compressor that have a small tank installed with them. Aztek makes a decent one, top notch would be Badger millenium or an Iwata(media) comp.
Only thing the airtank does is give you a continious steady air. You take from the airtank and the compressor fills the airtank back up. In the long run the vast majority of modelers will use a tank equipped compressor.

I think that the best advice is to buy the best compressor you can afford. Looking back, I should have purchased a compressor with an air tank attached and nice regulator. As for specifics, the pros will be in to help you out.

Thank you , cuase i was being told i needed alot of psi or so to run it or something. Anyone thing i should go with the TESTORS / AZTEK AC300?

20 PSI should be fine. I have a Badger 180, oiless I think, and it can get close to 30 PSI under load, but I never run it that high. My Badger 200 siphon feed, Aztek A430 side feed, and Paasche H siphon feed work well at 10 to 15 PSI.
