Newbie looking for advice

After trying out an Iwata airbrush from a friend of mine I decide to get one myself.
However after contacting the (very helpfull) people at Bear Air I'm still a bit unsire which type would suit my needs best.

I will be using this airbrush almost exclusively for painting relatively small models( plastic-resin photoetched) and need to be able to reproduce quiet complex camo patterns. Think of German nightfighter camo on a 1/72nd scale aircraft.
I'm using a really old Badger 150 and a more recently aquired Aztec but especially the latter is not capable of doing this.
Anyway it's going to be an Iwata for me. My friend uses a Custom Micron B but warned me that this might be too fine a brush for me. So I decided that a HP+ SB (I'm really fond of a side feed) would be the best for me. That's when Meg at Bear AIr told me to consider an Eclipse instead, because that would probably be a more suitable airbrush for me. I use Vallejo AIr Acrylics mostly and very occasionally some well thinned enamels for special effects.
Now, before I buy anything I decided that it was probably best to ask the masters first..
Which (Iwata) airbrush would you recommend me?
Thanks very much,

Willie

If by nightfighter camo, you are referrin to the light fuzzy lines that worm their way around on a dark base color, in 1/72 no less, I hope that you are being modest by implying that you do not rate yourself as a master. Regardless of the airbrush, if your skill with using it isn't up to scratch (and the required skill for that kind of camo would be considerable), you won't get the results you are seeking.

What nozzle / needle do you have on the 150? There are three available (fine, medium, and large).

Music City,

The Badger 15o I'm (still) using is an 'F' Fine line. However most of the parts have been replaced over the years? The Aztec just doesn't cut it. Very messy AB.

Abarne,

I have been modelling for 30+ years now, and nightfighters amost exclusively, but those squigly grey lines on Geman intruders are beyond me. I am tempted to give it (another) try though.. I have an DO217N with that camo but is was handpainted.... No, what I meant are the slightly irregular spots on the upper surfaces and the mottle finish some of the Wilde Sau fighters carried over from their normal normal daylight routines.
