I just got it today and i got it hooked up to my compressor its just that im havin some problems. Whenever i pull back the throttle the air from the airbrush gets displaced and starts goin into my paint cup and very little air goes out the nozzle i dont know how to fix this i changed the Psi to the recommended and tried everything else i can think of.

Check to see if there is any blockage near the tip. with an airbrush if you put your finger over the tip it shoots air into the cup. so you might have some issues there. Good luck!

I have the 175 myself & have had a similar problem recently. I removed the handle & loosened the needle chuck, slid the needle back & forth  before locking it back into place. Letting air blow thru it.

yeah I have had to do what Eddie described, sometimes the needle doesn't seat just right I think.  Also make sure the head is on good, just use your hands though, no pliers!! Wink [;)]

If it is new it shouldn't be clogged but if you got it from someone else I would definitely clean the thing well as mentioned by Rad...

Good luck!
