Snarl!
I registered, never received an e-mail with a confirmation until I called them. That got a response almost immediately.
Unfortunately, they never sent me the password needed to get into the web portion—not a mention anywhere that one was even necessary. I sent a complaint by e-mail, but it's way too late now.
Needless to say, they have not made a good impression, and have seriously damaged relations with this particular customer.
