I'm making a 1/72 Avro Lancastrian ! the kit is the old Matchbox lanc with a aftermarket resin nose and tail set.

Ian,

I have had great success using Krylon brand acrylic clear in the spray paint style can. 

I have also used Micro Scale Liquid Decal Film and that worked well too. 

I give the decal two light coats, and then trim as close to the design as possible.  Worked well for me!  HTH. Thumbs Up [tup]

Hi guys,

I've got some decals and they are very old and look as if they have been damp damaged, i've tried a few decals which i don't require and when they are ready to come off the backing paper they just break up into tiny bits Crying or Very sad Any idea's ? i have heard something about using Future/Klear but unsure.

Help please
