I have had similar service from them, although not quite so rapid. And I live less than an hour's drive away from them ;-) But certainly no complaints about their customer service. Top shelf always!

3 days is really something, Chuck.

I also enjoy reading good customer service stories.

Yep, Tamiya is pretty good to us unlike Academy or Trumpeter.

Tamiya's customer support has been awesome. They sent me two missing/lost parts for free. I can't say other manufacturers were as helpful as Tamiya.

Last Wednesday, I called Tamiya customer service in California, about a missing part in a kit I had just purchased.  Today, Saturday, I received the part at no charge, here in Colorado!  Three day service deserves to be applauded!

Their customer phone number is 1-800-TAM-IYAA.

Give them your business, they deserve it!
