You pretty much got it right. Micro Set should be applied to the model in the area where the decal will go & then apply the decal to the model. The Micro Set will soften the decal and help it to adhere & also settle down some. Micro Sol is a more powerful solvent that will soften the decal much morel than the Set solution & is applied over the decal & greatly assist in getting the decal to conform over irregular surfaces & compound curves. Future is used as a gloss coat prior to decaling. For a flat finish, some flat topcoat can be done after everything has cured for a day or 2. Polly Scale flat works great for that purpose.

if you guys could check this...

microsol -- getting the decal to form around curves?

microset -- for setting?

future -- gloss coat for the decals to stick to, used for flat models and then a flat clear sprayed after your finished?
