Hey Hey! to the Forum! What you can do is to first hang the decals in a window that gets some sun and that'll "bleach" out the yellow. This takes about a week. Then when you apply the decals, apply a setting solution to the surface of the model. MicroSet works well for this. Place the decal in this "puddle" and wait for it to dry a bit. On top of the decal, place a bit of MicroSol and this will help it to conform to all the surface detail. I have recommended MicroSet/Sol as it's a little more forgiving for somene new to the game. Personally, I prefer Solvaset as I prefer to get out the big guns right away. That's it in a nutshell. Hope this helps.
