Sometimes when you first apply Micro-sol it will wrinkle up like you are describing, but once dry looks correct. If it's still there after an hour, it could be that the micro-sol is too strong for the decals you have.
Another thing I have noticed just on my models, is that if a cat hair gets under the decal, and I use micro-sol, it will conform to the hair....I found this out quite on accident, and now use compressed air in a can to dust the area I am decaling. But when that happened it looked just like little wrinkles like you are describing.
Did you have to man handle the decal to position it correctly? Sometimes when you do that the decal will stick in certain places, and in effect make little creases that sometimes aren't noticed till after they are dried. I try to keep my decals nice and wet when I apply them, and keep them floating on a thin layer of water.
At this point I would try micro set for a couple applications, and then try the micro-sol again....it may take a few applications. A lot of people suggest solvaset, but I have never used it myself. Good luck and let us know what you do!!
