I have had good luck with computer screen cleaning wipes.  They remove the lint, and leave a little bit of a charge on the surface that helps to repel dust while painting.  They come in a plastic tub and you can find them at just about any large chain store (walMart, Target, etc.).

Do you all use a regular Tack cloth made for wood working or some home made deal?

I need to remove a bunch of cotton lint before I apply my Future to an Alclad painted P-38.

Thanks
