FFA mixture question for decals
Posted by jschambe on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 1:38 PM
Hi, I'm new to the forum and really to modeling in general but I've read a lot and will hopefully develop some skill over time.  anyway, I'm planning on using future to seal decals on a Gundam model, but I read the in Complete Guide to Future that you do not need to dilute it if you aren't using an airbrush.  I will probably brush the future on, but I read somewhere else that a mixture of 50/50 water and future was recommended.  Can someone help me out?  Thanks.

I have never felt the need to thin Future to apply it with a brush. Straight from a new bottle, it's already very thin. I think if its applied at 100% in thin coats, you should be fine.

Let us know how things work for you.

All the best,
