Ok as hard as we try we never have perfect lighting and there always seems to be a shadow that makes things hard to see.... Dont know if its been suggested before...So Im going to suggest it.
I use a nightblaster headlamp...often when Im painting parts I might get a shadow ussually from my hand or something else that can make things kinda hard to see...well I just throw this thing on and most of the problem dissapears plus its focused lighting and not just general lighting!
