I also have one of those Chinese lathes, and a Sherline lathe set up as a mill. Hard to turn wheels to make smooth curves, however.
I would love to be able to crank out aircraft wings with a realistic looking airfoil. I occasionally carve one by hand from basswood, but that is sure a lot of work!
