Now hear This!
I have on my desk some of the best flush cutters I have run across. they are Tweezer shaped with an angled cutting face so you can get into tiny spots. They cut absolutely Flat. No little bumps left behind. They are from Micro-Mark and I believe were under Thirty Bucks.
Oh! By the way, mine are now five years old and have gone through probably hndreds of sprues at the Rail Museum Workshops! They will still hurt you, if you get my drift! Now the manufacturing country for them is Pakistan-They are still the best ones I have ever found and they are High Grade Stainless.
