I was at the hobby store today and I got a roll of Tamiya masking tape, some squadron sanding sticks and some paint stirrers with a little spoon on one end.
I thought I'd try the Tamiya tape after hanging out at this forum awhile and reading that alot of people do. I used regular masking tape usually and I find it very hard to cut once it's on as I can't see through it. I haven't used it yet but we'll see if I like it. I bought the 10mm roll.
Also the sanding sticks are my first time trying them. I've read they're awesome. My wife laughed at me and said they were the most expensive nail files she's ever seen.
They look great but I think some contours and shapes would be awkward so I'll have paper on hand as well.
The Tamiya paint stirrers. They were $6 and when I saw them a few months ago I couldn't believe somebody would pay that for them. But I hate cutting up plastic to stir with and there's a spoon on the end that will be perfect for adding a few drops of thinner. Plus I'll allways have just the right thing to stir my paints with.
I bought my wife a box of chocolotes while I was out to keep the peace!
Edit: could a mod edit my typo in the thread title?
