I'm doing some work for a company that markets tweezers, but the project has taken a backseat for another higher priority on their radar...that said you should look at getting these beauties from Excelta. They are "Electronics Production Grade" for assembly.
These are not cheap especially with the exchange rate of the dollar. They are made overseas, which there is a hierarchy of quality...Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and the quality rapidly decreases as your reach other counties...India...Pakistan...China
These should last you a lifetime...their small strong tines offer one to grip a part yet offer little surface for things like CA to cling onto. IMO any bootie you add to the tip just add unwanted thickness and dampens ones "touch" or "senses" while handling a very small part.
They make nipping tweezers too.
Is that sufficient data?
