This is ridiculous!  I have been trying for over a half hour to find someway to get some help from FSM regarding an order I placed months ago, and the double charges I have received as a result. In part, I ordered 2 download articles, but cannot get to them. When I attempt to send an e-mail to customer service, it doesn't work and returns me to the e-mail submission screen. When I try to access the FAQ section, it doesn't connect and gives me an error message.

I am leaving this message here as a last hope. Of course, it may not work either.

If you guys don't get some of this straightened out quickly, you will be losing subscribers. It's VERY bad business practice!

Probably won’t get noticed by customer service here either, since this is the Introductions Section, and they probably won‘t be looking here.

perhaps they might see it if posted way down in the Error Reporting Section.Do they still provide a phone number for subscription,I recall getting service there.

Kalmbach has the sister magazine-Scale Auto. They're splitting the genres up between Finescale magazine and that one so that's where you're gonna find all your auto reviews homeboy. A few years ago I switched from aircraft builds to auto builds so I get what you're saying but I do get both mags and enjoy them both alot.

I agree with you. I build cars and airplanes and I enjoy both mgazines.

Your comments and questions are always welcome.

Scale Auto also has it's own forum. You might be interested in having a look see over there. The format is the same style as here. Being there is much like being here but it's all about cars there.

I personally have no interest in auto and am very happy that they only review them in their auto magazine and not use space on them in Fine scale that can be used for what I prefer.

Disappointed with Fine Scale Modeler

I have been getting the monthly updates from FSM for several years now and the latest one posted this week was very disappointing to me. The video has 14 different models listed to be reviewed and out of 14 not one auto related item. This happens month after month. I do build military models and airplanes but my main interest is autos and trucks. This goes the same for the magazine. Very few auto related articles. I'm just disappointed that FSM can't spread the love and cover some automtive models more than they do.
