Clearing your cookie cache nor going incognito doesn't work. I never cleared mine. Contact Ms. Nash. Having done that, somehow "miraculously" I was able to log on. This is an FSM issue on their end because of a few incompetent IT staff decided to do an upgrade.

Beyond that, have you tried clearing your browser cache in your browsers on your PC?  That was the workaround when a similar issue was reported a couple of weeks ago.

I'll give this a try.

Make sure you use the option to clear all cookies completely. I forgot how I did it in my pc running Win 10 but it gives you several choices as to how much to clear. After getting rid of the fatty cookies I was  able to log on so it somehow worked for me.

Guess what? I can't log into FSM via my PC (Windows 10, MS Edge), but I CAN login to FSM via my Apple laptopPropeller Does anyone have any ideas???

Yeah, I'd post in the Forum Error Feedback and Problem forum, for better visibility.  Buried here in this thread, your issue might not get noticed as quickly.  There hasn't been a new post there for a couple of weeks, so your problem may not have been reported in the most visible way possible.

A post-script...

Sorry, I see now that you posted about this on Monday in the Forum Technical Assistance forum.  I'd still try clearing browser caches on the Win10 machine, if you haven't already.  When this happened to me a couple of weeks ago, I only needed to clear the cache in my browsers once, and that corrected the login issue.  I'm also running Win10, but using Firefox and Chrome.

I lost the ability to create a screen so I emailed enash a moderator and was able to reply and or create a screen name.  It took sometime yet patience was the key that opened up the door.

So I thought I'd add another zag to the zigs.  It just seemed funny.

I mailed Elizabeth and she basically got me back online after a few attempts so I think from that side FSM is good :-)

Yes, she is very responsive.

Maybe my experience is not the same as havung problems with ordering and non aviation related reviews but recently I could not log in.

I tried pretty much everything from new passwords, tried to re-register but to no avail.

That went downhill rather quickly.... I havent checked this week, but I also noticed there were some issues with the Kalmback publishing customer service page, It never seemed to recover from some "routine maintenance" they were doing at the end of november.

But anyways....

As to the OP the same complaint comes up on the Science Fiction/Fantasy forum every now and again. FSM prints articles that readers send in. And most of the articles sent in are armour or aircraft. If you want more auto or spacecraft or whatever send in an article. In the same way they review what they get sent to review. If there aren't any new auto kits there's nothing for them to review.

Well if we're going here...

I couldn't help myself.  I found it amusing that here in the "Welcome" forum for new members to introduce themselves, the thread begins with a long-time member posting a complaint about the magazine, which was followed by complaints about delivery problems with video content.  So I thought I'd add another zag to the zigs.  It just seemed funny.

I personally have no interest in auto and am very happy that they only review them in their auto magazine and not use space on them in Fine scale that can be used for what I prefer.

He gave his opinion, expressed politely, and he didn't insult anyone.  Yet you saw fit to make an ad hominem attack.  That's a bit harsh, don't you think?

I understand what you are saying, but gary1953 has a good point.

I'm not a "car" guy either, but the magazine is called "Fine Scale Modeler" not "Fine Scale Military Modeler". So to his point, I think they should "spread the love" a little more. I too would like to see a wider veriety. In fact I would like to see a lot more dioramas and structure builds.

Well if we're going here, I'll say Alabama will win the national championship.

Thanks,

This is ridiculous!  I have been trying for over a half hour to find someway to get some help from FSM regarding an order I placed months ago, and the double charges I have received as a result. In part, I ordered 2 download articles, but cannot get to them. When I attempt to send an e-mail to customer service, it doesn't work and returns me to the e-mail submission screen. When I try to access the FAQ section, it doesn't connect and gives me an error message.

I am leaving this message here as a last hope. Of course, it may not work either.

If you guys don't get some of this straightened out quickly, you will be losing subscribers. It's VERY bad business practice!

Hey, Bill

If you go to the thread about when the Great War issue drops, (in FSM Ready Room forum) about half way down Aaron Skinner gives the email address for the customer service manager, Becky James. I emailed her with a similar issue. I got my printed copies about 3 days later but I am still waiting on word about the digital copies.

Hope this helps.

Ding!!! We have a winner!!! And there you have it brutha Bill!

I have been toying with the idea of another aircraft or maybe even an armor build. God knows I've still got plenty of aircraft kits.

I'd either contact Aaron Skinner or Mark Savage on this deal bubba. I'm pretty sure they could straighten it out for you.
