Going to check out that TRX. Looks fun and need to work on my flexibility since I don't play "real sports" anymore. The family had a mini Turkey Bowl and "somebody" threw passes that resembled wounded ducks.
I lift weights 4 times a week and do the ellipitical 5-6 times a week during the crappy months.(Oct-Mar) Then anything outside...golf, frolf, swim, hike, kayak, bike, etc. I have to keep my body in shape for my second career as "that guy with the golden retriever" in all of those commercials.
