I'm still planning to be up and running around Thanksgiving. Been putting some thought into my first builds back, too. Trumpy's F4F-3 is definitely happening (Wakecat for the 70th anniversary), but I'm thinking maybe the Minicraft 1/144 PBY that arrived yesterday as a quick "back in the saddle" before diving into a big 1/32 build.

I wanna cast a vote for the TBF.......you should buy another one too. After building it, you'll wanna do it again! EXCELLENT kit, one of my all time favorites. 

Have some rum and get to work!!!!

Just had to vent to a group who I know will understand the frustration...

Yup, Doogs, a lot of us understand the frustration.  Wife and I moved, because of jobs, schooling,  finding better housing, etc., 10 times in the first 7 years we were married (one move to Texas, for a year--in Tyler; great place).  When the kids came, lots of illnesses--eight ear infections in seven months, one time.  Yearly sinus problems, too.

Still, the models didn't build themselves while my back was turned, and they were always there when I got back to them.  Models are very faithful that way.

Hope everything sorts out for you and the family.  And when you get back to the bench around Thanksgiving, that'll be reason to be thankful.
