There's no crying in modeling...

Reminds me of the time I was in a Mk III Command tank outside of Belgorad in early '43...Tank Commander (a battalion commander I shall keep nameless) was chatting with me while leaning on the breech of the 5cm...gunner loosed of a round and the recoil hit him right in the side of the chest...knocked him out for about 10 minutes, collapsed a lung and broke most of his ribs...convalesed for about four months after that...talk about a bruise...

Be careful with those compressors...

Didn't quite cry like a girl, but I did swear like a sailor!

I know the nail's going to come off, but I'm dreading it. Other injuries don't phase me that much, but nails coming off gives me the willies for some reason...

Stick that thumb in your pocket and you've got a pocket full of suck, buddy!!!

A few years ago, I was working on some brick pavers....a coworker did something random and stupid. Jokingly I said, "it's OK, it's not YOUR fault you're stupid". I proceeded to randomly and stupidly smash my thumb with a mallet. Jokes on me!!! I feel your pain!

Ouch!  I'd cry like a little girl!  Crying

My people that work for me can always tell when I'm getting ready for a model contest.  I come to work with both thumbs bandages up after having sliced them open with my exacto...

Yuck, have fun peeling that nail off.  You could try drilling a hole in the center with your pin vise to relieve the pressure.  Would that qualify for an extreme modeler award? lol
