Yeah, looks like Tamiya is really starting to fall behind in the Armour department.

I choose Dragon. For my genre, WWII armor, I prefer indi tracks to rubberband, I think DML's detail work is as good if not better than Tamiya lately, and and it will probably be 10% - 20% cheaper to boot.

You know what, this is actually a really good poll. I can bet you right now that Tamiya will win hands down. I guess most people here have the money for it. I personally don't. I like Tamiya well enough, but hands down, it's Trumpeter all the way. First, they have been getting better and better, and their recent subjects in 1/35 armour (the Faun, SA-2) have been spectacular, as well as their more mainstream ones (I have their Abrams, Chally 2, T-72, IS-3M, a bunch of other ones). They're far from perfect kits, but I just love 'em, and their price makes me buy two Trumpeter kits for the price of one Tamiya.

Sign - Welcome [#welcome]Sign - Welcome [#welcome] KALFAKIS, Welcome to the Forum. My vote is for Tamiya, thier kits seem to just fall together. However I do like Revell-Monogram and Revell Germany, they are good kits and more affordable for my budget.
