I needed to do an "in-between", quickie project and decided to knock out the Polar Lights Klingon D-7 OOTB and it's about 90% done. Next up is the Tamiya M8 Grayhound with about 5 aftermarket sets...quite a change coming.

Just getting back into the swing, have the following in progress:

1: Revell 1/32 Bristol Beaufort, wish I never bought it, pain of a kit

2: Revell 1/8 Triumph Tiger, another struggle, the designer should be arrested for false description

3: Tamiya Honda S200, great kit, fouled the paint 3 times up to now, last effort tonight looks good

4: Tamiya Pibber, going well, no problems so far

What isn't on my desk.  I've got a couple of Mustangs, Corsairs, a Zero, Thunderbolt, PT 109, M3 Grant, M5, Panther, F9F Cougar, and the list goes on.  AMS kills me.

I may get so drunk, I have to crawl home. But dammit, I'll crawl like a Marine.

I'm working on these two 54mm figures. The Mountain Man is from Romeo and the Absarokee (Crow) is from Pegaso.

I'm starting work on the first of many 1/35 vietnam figures. I'm kitbashing most of them, swapping parts between about 3 kits, including a verlinden figure conversion set. I also started on a 1.35 huey, but just barley, i have to get paint from the LHS first. two figures are done, and i still have at least, 10 more?\
I'm just realizing the scale of this
Well, i'll just have to do it anyways. Wish me luck

I've just copped on that there's a category in this weekend's competition that I was going to submit an entry to, but haven't. So I've been trying to put together the simplest 1/72 twin-jet I have, which is a Fujimi MiG-29.

Problem s that the fit's not great, I've been fighting the sandpaper and filler for the last two days. It's a four-colour scheme (Yugoslav), two of which need masking. I don't know if I'll make it.

I've a 1/3 done 1/72 AS.330 Puma as well, but that'll have to wait until next year...

A 1/48 Tamiya P-47 Bubble Top. Done just need to finish the canpoy, add the gun sight and propeller. Don't know why its taken me so long to finish this one.

A 1/48 Tamiya Gekko waiting to be finished. Need to paint the canopy, clear coat it, and start on decaling.

A 1/48 Monogram B-26 with Lone Star Models resin cockpit set. Need to finish the turrent so I can close up the fuselage.

Just started a 1/48 Edward's Airacorba with Cutting Edge Resin cockpit set. Paining the detail of the resin cockpit.

Up next will either be a Tamiya Me 262 with Cutting Edge Cockpit set and Cutting Edge slaps and flaps set, or a Eward's P-40N with Aires Cockpit and potoetched detail set. Or I might just do a OOB quicky. Not sure yet, depends on how the ones I have going finish up.

Right now I'm trying to finish my third 1/48 Aurora MBT70 in as many years in time for May's Shizuoka Hobby Show. Just doing it OOB, to display with the first two I built (one is an earlier release of the kit, the other is a super-detailed "accurized" model, which was actually the first one I built).

Special thanks to Rob for two of those babies!

Just one. And its the same one for the last three months, a 1/48 Monogram F-106A about 50% done. Spent way to much time detailing  the gear bays and missile bay (only to decide at the last minute to close it up) and then all of the filling and sanding done on the refuelling bay door and the starboard side of the vertical tail and the huge gap where the upper and lower wings attached, at this rate it'll be the middle of September before its finished. Next up will be the 1/72 Monogram X-15A-2.

Let's see... this is what is active on the bench right now.

Hasegawa's 1/48 P-40E Flying Tiger flown by Ed Rector as it appeard in the 23rd FG .... just about to stick a fork in it as it's done! (just waiting for the canopy glue to dry so I can post final pics)

Classic Airframes 1/48 Bf109D as flown by Werner Molders in the Condor Legion during the Spanish Civil War.  Finishing up the seam work on the cowling and wing roots.  Needs just a bit more light sanding and polishing.

Hasegawa 1/32 Bf109G-14 flown by Erich Harmann with a Winter Scheme on the Eastern Front.  The cockpit is finished and I'm almost done with the PE seat belts.  Work will begin in earnest in a few days, when I get to the point on my other 109 where I'm waiting between paint coats for drying and curing.

Well Durr, since you asked:

Tamiya Panzer IV Ausf H   -   65%

Italeri M4A1 Sherman   -   60%

Dragon King Tiger (Ardennes)   -   35%  (for Panzer Aces GB)

Italeri M47 Patton   -   25%  (for Italeri GB Part 2)

I've been waiting til it warms up to do any airbrushing in my garage, that's why a couple have no paint yet.  I figure I'll do em all together in one mass painting session!!

Armor...its what I doCool [8D]

Thanks for asking!!

Currently a 1/48 Hasegawa Hurricane Mk.IIc that I am converting to a Sea Hurricane. Just finished scratchbuilding the arrestor hook and modifiying the underbelly to accomodate it. Now I'm in the process of painting the 'pit.

My current project is the Premium Edition Dragon Elefant. Off to the side is my Revell Germany HMS Victory, for which I am awaiting 1 replacement piece, and a 1/35 Tamiya AAWP7A1. That needs to be painted and it'll be done.
