Rodolfo Masti

Cerveteri, Rome, Italy

Rodolfo wanted to depict a moment of relaxation when a soldier was resting, drinking a Pepsi, and reading a magazine. He built the vignette using a Tamiya 1/35 scale M1025 Humvee Armament Carrier directly out of the box. The vehicle represents a Humvee used by 16 Military Police Brig., 210 MP Co., A group, Forward operating base COBRA in Iraq, February 1991. Rodolfo airbrushed the vehicle with Gunze Semigloss Yellow. The figure and the equipment are Verlinden products with a styrofoam base, sand and stones for groundwork, and vegetation that he assembled with white glue.
