I may be a broken record, but seeing as how this topic was dug up from '03, I'll chime in again...

My wish list? Two words: Cobra Lineage

Meaning? A new-tool line of all AH-1 variants to include E, F, G, J, P, Q, S, T, W, and Z. The basic airframe could be used across many of the variants, with extra parts sprues tailored to each model.

1/48 and 1/35 scales, please.

Wow, look what the cat dragged in!

Beeing this thread three years old, it's good to see that some of the wishes have come true:

  • 1/48 CH-53E
  • 1/35 Chinooks (A & D)
  • 1/35 Hind
  • and others I might not have noticed

Since I never added my 2 (Euro) cents on the wishlist (all in 1/35):

  • Ka-50 Hokum
  • Ka-27
  • Ka-29
  • HH-3F Pelican
  • Bell 412
  • A-109
  • A-129 Mangusta

Last four helos might reveal where I'm from Wink [;)]

I find it amazing that no mainstream manufacturer has yet brought out a 1/72nd scale Mil Mi-26 'Halo' in injection moulded plastic. It is only the largest helicopter in the world after all. Please will some manufacturer take heed. I would also like to see a 1/48 Kamov Ka-29/30/31 coming out, the ones with a co-axial rotor which fit very neatly on board naval vessels because, without the tail boom and anti-torque tail rotor, they are compact helis.
