You could put an observator, too. or a complete ambush waiting for the right time.

Rocket propelled grenade.  It's a soviet weapon that was turned out like sausages over the past 50 years and now fills the weapons market.  It is a favorite of any underfundered militant.  There is significant firepower at a bare minimum of expense.

Sturzkampf,

yeah i have a prospect in modifying a DML  vietcong figure in which they just wear trouser and shirts.also theres a figure  holding an RPG..and i think a few scratch building will make it great.

right, it would be nice to see a hidden hunter selecting his unlucky victim. can you think about  modificate a sniper man of another army? if its possible, of course.

I once began a Tunisia street scene with some 1/35 armor that was a scale 75yd x 40yd.  After about 16 hours of preparing the base, I began to wonder about all the buildings and painting and detailing.  It was about that time that I capitulated.  The base made 5 other dios!  My wife was also very upset at my undertaking that more resembled a train layout.

Whatever you do DO NOT use anything from that CRAP TV show "Over There". I came back from Iraq in January after a year, if you want photos of street scenes I would be happy to give you some from my personal collection.

..."Over There"... there is a reason that show is off the air. It was awful. I saw about 30 minutes of an episode when I was home on leave last October. Something to do with an orphenage - which of course - was run by a hot French chick. Well the E-6 squad leader goes into the building ALONE to talk to her - I won't even get into what was wrng with the house it's self . Meanwhile, his squad is outside not pulling security with the same mountains from the TV show "MASH" in the background. I can't remember how many beer cans I threw at the TV before I changed the channel.

That sounds much more doable.  Bigger isn't always better.  Keep us posted.

Good luck.

P.S. - One other pointer.  Initially, most Marines wore Cayote Brown (dark tan) IBA vests.  Later they started wearing Woodland camo ones.  I haven't seen any IBAs in MARPAT camo.
