Looking good Chuckw, nice and inspiring. Always enjoy your updates.
Cheers...
Mike
Thanks, Buckeye!
I just couldn't switch back to my other build, so here's a bonus update- enjoy!
Ja!
I would have posted this last week if not for a monsoon rain that caused a short in an outside receptacle that could have burned down the house! As it is, all is well with just a few scorch marks- whew! I was two-thirds done with the intro cartoon, too- lost that when the circuit breaker tripped. Oh, well, Hauptmann Hannah's back to introduce this much-delayed update- read on!
Thanks, fellas! I worked on my wekk dio this weekend- see it over in the Dioramas forum: /forums/t/133231.aspx?PageIndex=3
Howdy!
I finally found this one, and I'll be watching. Good luck with your build and have a nice day

Chuck,
She is coming along and I am very envious of your office space and your tablet. Can't wait to see what else you do with the 388

Chuk, that is a really cool office! Love the computer setup and all the great artwork! The Ju 388 is looking great too! One question.....no framed and signed picture of Fritzi?
Brian
Life has been busy- and unpredictable lately! here's an update, at long last.
I'd been so wrapped up in your diorama build that I didn't realize you had started yet another plane! My experience with resin is limited, so it will be interesting to see what happens here!
"Whaddya mean 'Who's flying the plane?!' Nobody's flying the plane!"
Can't wait to see how this one comes out. Love to follow your projects.
Thanks for the lesson in dealing with resin. I am too much of a chicken to take on a project like that, but since your doing it I dont have to.
Hi, Chuck, glad to see you back with this installment! Great work and a good lesson in preparing resin pieces like these.
Best regards,
Brad
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
Thanks, fellas! I've been kinda busy as of late- but have been slipping in a bit of work here and there. I'll been sneaking at my Kubel build as well- it's all a matter if time.
I've been forming a strategy for this build- and have launched into it. Take a look!
Hi, Chuck, hope everything is OK! We haven't heard from you in a while.
goodie goodie another class, yepper ill be a watching
Happy New Year, Chuck! It's good to see the next project getting started, and good recovery on the mismatched molding. I'm curious--have you heard anything from Planet Models about that little error? I can imagine that there are some folks out there who'd have fits if they found that kind of mistake in a kit like this.
I love watching your builds. Always learn something and always get a smile when I read them.
Excellent, this should be another fun thread.
HEEEEE'S BAAACK!!
Been ever-so-patiently waiting.

"Yesterday is history, Tomorrow a mystery, but Today is a gift. That is why it is called the "present".
So THIS is what you've been up to, you cheeky monkey!
I've always watched your threads with awe and a great deal of enthusiasm.
Can't wait to see this one move along! Fritzi and Hannah are a bit of alright...but Pfennig is a bit nasty.
Good luck, mate!
Cheers, LeeTree Remember, Safety Fast!!!
What a great way to start the new year!
Tony
Yeah Whoo hoo! I am up for round three. Though I do miss little chuk and abe.
Andrew
Been waiting for this one, chukw. And yeah, what about the dio?
Chukw,
What an ambitious project! I've followed your Helldiver and Me-410 builds and am really looking forward to this one! Is your Kubelwagon diorama going to the back burner or will you work on both?
Steve
Back when I was having troubles with my Me410 canopy, I went hat in hand to beg to buy a vac canopy from the only folks who made them, MPM Models. I didn't want to buy the whole interior set, just the precious canopy. I somewhat desperately offered to make my next build one of their kits. Not only did they give me a couple of canopies, they graciously offered me any kit in their catalog. Wow! The choice was not easy- they make a ton of cool stuff- but the Planet Models Ju 388 had long been tempting me- it was fate! A Bomber Command group build at Modelers Alliance is a happy coincidence- and means I've got one year to make the best of it! Well, MPM- a promise made is a promise kept- here's my take on your marvelous kit- with Fritzi, Hannah and friends along for the ride!
