Have any of you visited the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, at the Addison Airport in Addison, Texas? Addison is between Dallas and Plano. The museum has a great collection of war birds and is definitely worth a visit if you're in the DFW area. I was mighty impressed by some of their exhibits. Here's the link to their website and a few pics too:

Looks like a Spanish 111 and 109. I'll definitely stop if I'm in the area. Thanks for sharing.

That was a great place! I was there a few years back and saw a gentlemen getting in a biplane for a ride. I'll have to reserve a ride the next time I'm there. I have some more pictures of the museum also here...

Grew up 10 minutes from it. They've got a pretty amazing selection of aircraft, and flyable aircraft. If you're in the area in July, Addison does (or did) a big fireworks display on July 3rd every year, and some of the warbirds are always brought out as pre-show entertainment. We used to set up about as close to the airfield as you could get...and the sound of the Corsair doing its thing was simply amazing.

They are... Both are ex-CAF birds and both were used in the movie, The Battle of Britain... The He 111's sister-ship was destroyed in a crash in Wyoming a few years back...
