I model across the board with 1/48 and 1/72 taking top honors. Right now I'm into several 1/72 projects.

I prefer 1/48th. 1/72 doesn't have enough detail for me. I haven't done 1/32 yet, though that new Thud kit is beckoning. I do build 1/35 armor as well.

Any scale as long as I have room for it
That would be 1/72 for a/c and 1/35 for armor

Given the space, I'd go for 1/48, but because my display real estate is very limited, it's 1/72.

I try to stick on 1/72 scale, although sometimes I can't resist to buy other scale.

Why ? Because 1/72 offers greater varieties than other scale. Almost ALL aircraft are available in 1/72. Besides that ; 1/72 requires less money, less space to display, less paint, less masking, less putty, than bigger scale... :)

Cheers,
Alex
