It took me 3 months to make a presentable model of my "Seedrache", but here it is. Decals by Revell (Italeri) and Xtradecal. Long range reconnaissance and transport flying boat, belonging to 2.Staffel KüstenFlieger Gruppe 406, WNr.0310158, 1942-1943, based at Catapult launching ship Bussard, Northern Norwegian coast, Trondheim. Crashed during landing on 13.06 1943 near Ilsvikøra, Trondheim, after being damaged by Beaufighters near the Shetlands.

Cheers from Holland,
Jan

The Dutch Fokker G-1 Reaper, heavy fighter. If we only would have had more of them back in May 1940....

Terrific!  Great work.  I am a float/sea/catapault/plane lover, but am not very well acquainted with this one.  It is quite appealing.  You did quite a bit of research, too.  Thanks for sharing.  I'll look forward to more ...

Another nicely done seaplane! I really like seeing these not-so-familiar types being built up.

On the bench: Airfix 1/72 Wildcat; Airfix 1/72 Vampire T11; Airfix 1/72 Fouga Magister
