Gorgeous work, man. Those growlers are really one of my favorite-looking jets.

Great work on this so far. I had never heard of the Growler until a couple of days ago when someone explained to me what it was.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Looks fantastic, are you planning to build any more 1/32 jets, such as the F-14?

Looks really fantastic, well Dre is sort of still building the Trumpeter kit and I used to have it and I can say without question that it is a great kit though I sold mine the Trumpeter kit comes with many more options than the Tamiya and the Tamiya has raised lines and costs more despite being much much older. I have no idea how it goes together but the kit has had nothing but fantastic reviews the Trumpeter that is.

I think if you have a LHS and they have trumpeter it would be a better chance to ask those guys for replacement parts, I have tried to contact Trumpeter but to no avail, however you can always try, they have a website so I'd bet there's a customer service section.

there's a login/register section, you can give them feedback on their kits, I have never known any company to do this, and there's a contact us section at the bottom centre of the page, I think you have to register before contacting them. Good luck!

WOW!   This is just a beauty.    Really nice, tight work you've done here.

FYI, the Trumpeter 1/32 F-14D is a real treat and is a good kit to go nuts on.   One of their best kits IMO.

I really can't see how you can improve the Growler beyond where it is, which is awesome.

Watch the various online sales for a deal on the F-14D- you might be able to save a few ducats off the usual high price.

The exterior part looks complete but wheel well , avionics and cockpit are still missing detail .......that's the problem with large scale aircraft you can see almost everything when you look up-close Geeked

Then you'll love the F-14D..  a great big canopy to look through.   I highly recommend the Aires cockpit set to replace the relatively bland kit parts.   That's really the only AM that I'd say is "needed".
