1/48 Dragon Ju-88P-1 w/Pak 75

I've just comleted this Ju-88 for the Reich Defenders Group Build and wanted to share the photos of the finished model.  This is the 1/48 Dragon Ju-88P-1 w/Pak 75.  This was a fun kit to build, fit was very good.  The only aftermarket products are Eduard seat belts and True Details wheels, otherwise, this is OOB.  Kit decals were good too.  I mixed my own Tamiya acrylics for the paint as well.  Here are some photos:

Amazing! I like German planes with the big guns, like the BF110 with the cannon under it. For some reason it looks smaller than 1/48 in the pictures though. Either way its really nice!

SANDERSON.... that is really a nice build and mixed your own colors. Wow.

Would not want to be any wear near the business end of that !!!

Beautiful build! Your 70/71 scheme came out perfect! And those are 2 tough colors to nail down. Real great metallic look on the gun barrels and radiators too I noticed. Great stuff on this old kit.

Hey John,

I have a few Ju88 books, but there's not a lot that I could find about the P-1 varient.  I used the kit decals and recommended splinter scheme.  Generic Ju88 info helped  with the cockpit and undercarriage.

Steve, I hope my 88 turns out half as good as that.  As Nathan said, those 70/71 colors are perfect.  Thanks for sharing it...
