Sweet plane. Looks awesome. Did you really finish it in 4 days?? You make me feel like a procrastinator!

What you mean finally, you only started the damn thing 4 days ago. Really does build though, Love the scheme, those decals could not have been easy. Welcome to the chosen scale.

I hope you don't mind another suggestion. If you are going to do a seperate thred for the completed pics rather than just put them in your build thread, it might be nice to add a link to the build so people can see your progress.

What a sharp looking, clean build, Toshi! Nice paintwork, too. Smile I like the colour scheme.

Those tail and wing tip decals look superb! Good job on this build.

And all that yellow (shudder) my most hated colour to paint-

Nice work Toshi. I still have a splattering of scales, in fact I have a 1/32 Tamiya Mustang Stick out tongue, Hasegawa Spitfire and Me 109E, but after that I think I will be buying 1/72 from now on unless a 1/48 just strikes me. I already stated buying 1/72 armor.
1/72 is more difficult to work with and super detailed, however it's possible. They just take up so much less room.

I think it turned out fantastic! Especially considering this is your first 1/72 kit. Yes
You should try some modern jets in 1/72, At that scale, they aren’t all that small.

I also hate white paint!  LOL!  I just can't do without the 1:32/1:48 WWII aircraft kits as they have a ton of aftermarket products and my favorite PE!

My next build is a OOB Monogram 1:48 F6F Hellcat and a Trumpeter 1:32 Me262 Visible Kit.  I just can't getaway not making kits like that, it's too tempting.

I might just look into a 1:72 jet if there are that much bigger than a 1:72 WWII prop plane.

Wow Toshi, seems like I'd just started following your build thread and you're already done!

Nice work, those tail decals look like a pain to get straight. And all that yellow (shudder) my most hated colour to paint- you could teach me a thing or two about getting it right.

Thank you sir!  Those decals were beyond a pain to a attach, I used Testors Decal Set and then Testors Liquid Cement.  That's something I read on a thread from M. Brindos on a decal installed on a 109 propeller rotor cap.

As for the yellow paint, a new brush, three coates of paint, and extreme patients beyond a reasanoble doubt!  LOL!!

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Completed 1:72 Monogram Twin Mustang

Finally completed the Twin Mustang.  No fit issues at all, no putty work, and only a very small area to sand.  Went together very well.
