Here is the other kit from Hobby Town USA, the other being the Mosquito.  The engine seems like a kit in itself.  This looks like a fun build, I hope everyone enjoys following this build as much as I will building it.

Toshi

I'm planning to do a inflight version utilizing the stand.

I had to drive some 35 to 40 miles to get to that hobby store.  Worth it?  I think so.  Would I do it again?  Probably not.  Most of what I've found there can be purchased online and cheaper if you search for it.  I feel bad for you that your hobby store won't order this particular kit for you.  It's just doesn't make sense.  The more your hobby shop caters to you, the better profit they can make plus, they keep you happy and having you as a return happy client is key.

With saying that, so far this kit is fantastic.  Everything fits together well and is thoroughly planned out.  Revell of Germany did a great job to this kit.  Thank you for following my build, it's greatly appreciated.

I don't know if I can make this build fantastic compared to other forum members builds, but I'll do my best.  You are correct in your statement that this kit delivers high quality for a reasonable price point.  the fit and finish is fantastic.  Thanks for the read and reply!

Fit and finish for this Fw 190 kit is amazing.  Revell of Germany did a great job on it's planning of this model.  This is where I'm at for now.  I hope you enjoy the build.  Thank you all for the read and replies, it's greatly appreciated.

Detail cockpit parts are great.

For the first time in weeks, the sun finally came out of hiding hence the clear photos.  I appolagize for the last couple of builds as it was way too dark as well as being photographed on my bench.  That was the only area with viable lighting.  As for the next two pics, it's just a dry fit.  It literally snapped together.

Yes, and I'm planning on a next build that is unique and unusual.  So far, I have a Kitty Hawk 1:32 P-39 Airacobra.  I just received a mask that came with a PE seatbelt of which is made with material connected to the PE buckels for realistic purposes.  Now I'm waiting on a Eduard interior colored PE for the P-39.  Thanks for the visit!

are you going to replicate the aircraft on the box, or are you going to make your own version?

To the best of my abilities, I will try to replicate what's on the box.  So far that's the plan.  If it changes, you'll be the first to know.  Thanks for the inquiries.

LOL!  20 minutes?  That's a good one!  LOL!  I just try to do my best, some days I'm capable of doing well.  On other days it's tough.  Modeling was originally just a therapy for fine motor skills.  Just look at my first build of which was the Monogram 1:48 P-61 Black Widow.  Little by little I was able to improve on my fine motor skills all the while becoming rabidly addicted to the hobby.  It started off, with a tool here, another kit there, and then along came the AB.  I was hooked!

Thanks again for following my builds, I enjoy our conversations.

Things here are really heating up.  I'm in Streetsboro, some 35 to 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland, Ohio.  We were at 0 degrees at our coldest point a few days ago.  Now all of a sudden, we are going to hit anywhere between 50 to 60 degrees over the next couple of days.  Then it's back to our normal of 30 degrees.  Burr.  What a weird winter.

I mostly stayed indoors allowing me to build non-stop for several weeks.  But today and tomorrow will be an outdoors day as Mrs. Toshi insists I stop making models and get out to enjoy the sun and warmth.  I wonder what she has planned?

Yesterday, I put together a kit in itself, the BMW radial engine.  As you can see from the photos below, it has been attached to the engine mount.  Everything was a puzzle, literally!  But once analyzed, it fit together like a glove.  Please enjoy the photos below.  Thank you forum members for your support and interests in my builds.

Thank you sir.  Unfortunately since I'm depicting the 190 in it's flying mode, it will be covered.  Thanks for the visit and enjoy the spring like weather.
