I made the Digital Readers Gallery for the Second Time WOW!
Posted by Toshi on Thursday, March 24, 2016 10:27 AM

To my fellow forum members,

I'm not here to brag, my father always said to be a humble individual.  But this happening twice is a absolute shock to me.  I have two F4U Corsairs in the Digital Gallery.

It's a Tamiya 1:32 Corsair and a Monogram 1:48 Corsair with folded wings.  It's for the May issue.  Thank you in advance for taking a look.  I must add that the most important thing is that, everything I learned is from every single one of you.  I could not have gotten this far without you all!  Thank you with all my heart!

That's because you did an outstanding job Toshi. I submitted my Indianapolis and U-boat some time back but apparently neither o them made the cut .
I told you that you were a master of your art.

Congrats!

I don't think I've ever been in there, that I can recall. I don't even remember how to submit for the on-line gallery.

Toshi,

The inclusion of your work in the Reader Gallery is deserved. Your dedication to this craft and perserverance in your quest to gather more modeling skills is, to me, the most noteworthy of your attributes.

Always a pleasure to look on your work.

Thank you scottrc.  You've done nothing short of your continuing to better my education in the art of model kit builds.  I really am appreciated of that.  Once again, thank you.

Thank you sir.  Yes, I completely agree with you.  Without FSM Forum Members, I could not have gone this far into this wonderful and exciting hobby!

Congratulations! It couldn't have happened to a more deserving member. I know you look up to me, but I don't believe I have even one model featured in the reader gallery here at FSM. That means you are a better model builder than I am, and I couldn't be more proud to know it!

You have been the best student for all of us and you deserve all of the recognition! Now, I believe, I must learn from you, my friend.   :)

I am now your student. I am very happy for you! :D

Congratulations.  1943Mike stated it very well.

I know that your circumstance allows you a fair amount of build time, but you are the one that makes it so much fun to follow your threads.  I don't comment on all of them but I absolutely follow them all. Time to go for the threepeat.                   gk

Friend Toshi

Hearty and sincere congratulations, well deserved. You know, Toshi, other members may have given you hints and tips that were helpful, but you were the one that completed the builds on your own.

It's always a pleasure to see what modeling adventure you are embarking on next, then to see you complete it so well and so fast is amazing. I'm certain you must be in the Guiness Book somewhere.

You alone get the credit, well done, Buddy. You're enthusiasm for the hobby makes you a really good FSM member, thanks Toshi.
