Man that's one beautiful build. Your painting is second to none Mate.
I have a dumb question; I've always know these birds to be called ME109 for Mescherschmit company. where does the BF signify ?
I'm finally retired. Now time I got, money I don't.

That's really looking good.
It a real testament to the design of the 109 that was still holding there own against the more modern design aircraft in 1945.
I see zvezda just put out a new mold in 1/48 of the I think a G6 version.
Finally got around to finishing the small bits on this one and getting some finished pics done. Overall I think this is a great kit and it went together without any real problems. Here are some finished pics...
Thanks for looking!

Andy, you have yourself a sweet looking build there.
The overall mottling is an interesting change to the usual splinter camou wings, nicely done.

Thanks Jack!
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!
What method did you use for getting the rudder and spinner yellow dulled down? Perhaps it's just the lighting but they look very good indeed - as does the rest of your super painting techniques.
