That really is a fantastic creation.  Are you a watchmaker or jeweler by trade?

(I see by your profile you are a Systems Engineer.)

Looks great!

You should post something on this project in the Scratchbuilding forum.  Some of the materials you are using are really unique- was unaware of anyone using some of those materials.

A true work of art, sir. I have neither the skill or the patience to even attempt such a build. I would love to see more of your work. I am truly impressed.Bow Down

That is truly awesome! I am used to some incredible scratchbuilding in model railways, but I've never seen anything like this in model aircraft. That is a model to be really proud of if ever I saw one Bow Down

WOW!!! That is some delicate work!

Hard to believe that a man could actually get off the ground in something so flimsy.

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

It has approximately 200 tensors in total counting the wings

For the structure of the tail I leave the holes for wiring

The material will be used for the main structure:

a) Rods .05 millimeters iron

b) orthodontic 29,30,31 G needles

c) square and round rods

d) Other gauges slightly thicker rods

e) Human Hair for wiring and to prevent resize it wet before putting

To make tensors: a) Short very small needle (1 millimeter)

Wet human hair was used because it was thin enough for the needle duct

I use needle 29 - 30 - 31 gauge.
