Ok in order to install the machine gun into the lower pod,I carefully used a new Exacto blade to drill a hole in the gun barrel and used CA to glue fine fishing line to it.Let it cure for awhile and threaded it through the hole ...had to slightly enlarge the hole to allow the gun barrels compensator to pass though.I tied the line to the tail wheel strut and clipped a binder clip on the line to maintain tension.Used a toothpick to apply a tiny drop of glue to attach the barrel.
