 In an early AIR CLASSICS (unfort they are packed away can't give a issue # but it was the first few years) there was a tale by a guy who got hired in Fla. to fly P-51s in that war.The story was a hoot.

I'd love to see the Royal Navy version of the Corsair as it served in the Pacific.  Weathered and wearing the old blue and white RN roundel on the starbord wing and the "Americanized" version on port!
