I have the Lion Roar set to go with my Bismarck, but that will be a couple of years before i build that. I'd like to get a Scharnhorst as well, i'm thinking either the 40 or 41 kit. I look forward to seeing the Destroyer and Spee, i would like to add one of the Z ships to my collection.

Yeah, I am too. I was planning on the Bismarck after I found the super detail set from Pontos. VERY expensive but it's worth it, if you can find it.

The Z-38 will be on the list as well as the Graf Spee.

One of these days I'll get the Scharnhorst.

Excellent Chris, I'll put them down.

Yeah, there's just over a month before the gangplank is pulled, but there's still no end date to finish.

I received the 3D Pom Pom's from France a couple of weeks ago. They look good.

I happen to have 2 in my stash, recently acquired Stick out tongue so before the final ships bell clangs on this GB signup let's add:

British Battleship Prince of Wales

Tamiya | No. 78011 | 1:350

British Battleship King George V

Tamiya | No. 7310 | 1:350

They are so similar maybe it'll turn into a side by side build later this Fall!

In the pattern: Scale Shipyard's 1/48 Balao Class Sub! leaning out the list...NOT! Ha, added to it again - Viper MkVii, 1/32 THUD & F-15J plus a weekend madness build!

Hi MC,

I'm just finishing the USS Midway for the American Flag GB. I'd like to add a 30% finished HMS Compass Rose corvette to my entry and will try to finish it before I tackle Discovery.

I look forward to working next to Rob. His version will be after her refit that included a longer focsle, and radar.

Mine will be as launched.

That's it Matt. Once you get more badges, you can display them with a GIF file so they will cycle through and not take up a lot of bandwidth. Some guys copy all of their badges on say a Word document, then turn that into a .jpg file to put on their sig line.

Now I have a German ship GB starting in just 2 months, so you may want to jump into that one as well. The rules will be the same...two years to enter but it goes forever.

Steve, sounds good! I should have the KGV done by then hopefully! I will for sure jump in on the German Ship GB. I have been wanting to do the tirpitz, or the bismark and prinz eugene combo. I will decide when the KGV nears completion.

Excellent job Matt! I'll get you up on the wall soon. Looking forward to that KGV

PS, I got you up with your quote.

Grab a badge of your choice if you want. Just copy it to a file and transfer it to your hosting site, then you can put it in your sig line if so desired.

Bish

Thats a lovely looking ship there Matthew, looks like similar colours to my belfast but more complicated pattern. Very nicely done.

Now we just need a 350 kit of the new Elizebeth.

Thanks Bish, means a lot coming from a great modeler as yourself! Waiting on a couple paints to paint the spotting plane, then I need to mount the plane to the ship, add the 2nd crane, and touch up a few areas on the paint. I painted this entire ship by hand and am quite happy with how it turned out!

And the new Elizabeth, meaning the Aircraft Carrier? That would be a cool kit to build! The KGV build will be taking off soon!
