Dan,

The tank is a standard early-production (1942) M4 with a 75 mm gun. Looks like someone added a couple extra track blocks, too, because the tracks are more loose than can be adjusted out to take up the slack. And that hole just behind the Armor division's combined-arms insignia is likely the killing shot that claimed the crew.
Life is tough. Then you die.

Hey all. I was surprised to see some activity on this GB. Although I finished my project (Sherman) quite a while ago, I just recently purchased a decent camera. Below are newer pics.

It was a fun build-picked up a lot of tips from you armour guys. Hardest part was adding the whitewash as it might have been done under war conditions.

Might be worth revisiting this GB this fall.

group builds are like community builds, you join one, tell us what model your building, then start on an agreed date, and just talk about how your build is going, what your doing, tips, and progress pics, and when the dead line hits everyone stops, and shows pics of the finnished model. (most people basically quit this build)

Hi I was thinking of a E.M.E vehicle.
I know it was fromed in 1945 but there was some wreckers around earlyer .
If i may get in this I will try and find one.

hmm now this is cool! Seems like I came up on it late though, but theres' still time... well... ok, my fiancee is looking over my shoulder right now LOL.. and it's a no go, unless we can use kits from other GB's? Probably not though eh? I'm going to start a Dio for my Battle of the Bulge M4A2, once I finish it in the MAD Sherman build beginning of august. anyway, it's late and I'm rambling... let me know if that's cool or not, using other GB kits
