Yea school does suck
(this has a point)
my classes:
Honors World History 1; Honors World History 2; Honors German 2; Honors Earth Science; Honors Geometry; Concert Orchestra; Health/PE 9; and Honors English 9
I have an A in all classes (except maybe geometry and world 1) but I have CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC in English because she didnt like my essays intro and concluding paragraphs! (she said they werent there, but they were just blended into the next paragraph)
So i got a 72 on my paper with a 83 my overall grade! Angry [:(!] i have a 4.1 GPA still, but i hate english
wow, long post
Havent got anything done yet because of my new found attraction to Desert Combat

Well, I finally have another progress report for you guys. (I had a 1215 dismissal today cuz of parent-teacher conferences!Thumbs Up [tup]Thumbs Up [tup]Thumbs Up [tup], so I grabbed the opportunity to make progress)

I assembled the top and bottom fuselage halves on the rafale, painted and washed the landing gear bays, did a little sanding around the visible seams, installed the tail fin, and put on the wings!! A whole afternoon well-spent! (at least in my opinion)Big Smile [:D]Approve [^]

I finally found the Leading Edge CF-18 standard markings sheet in 48th on FlightDecs website, so without delay I ordered one. It should be here next week. Can't wait!! Yeah!! [yeah]
Now I just have to decide on a camoflage..

ps. I would post pics of my progress, but my dad sold his digital cam, so until he buys a new one, I won't have pics. Sorry guys.

I bet that they will be nice, Dml figs are. You'll understand the directions on the back after a little studying them, They are most likely separated by boxes. the there will be numbers and letters like (a-4 ) and the lin might got to the arm or torso...

havent started it yet, its main part is figures, so i was going to test paint some figures before i started a kit thats mainly figures
weird thing about it is, theres no directions sheet, theres directions on the back of the box, but it gets kinda jumbled together

Well, I am still waiting for my digital cam. I have in the time, finished builing my contribution the the Commenwealth GB. Just jeeds paint. I have also finished a build I started in the summer. Tamiyas M3 Stuart. It too needs paint. So I have 2 models that need some paint, but I just cant seem to mix the paint, then clean the airbrush..... Im really lazy!

Double D, to get the markings on the Japenese plane, (i am guessing it is the red circle), go to an office supply store and get a circle template. then you can spray red paint through one of the circles and there you go!

I too am unhappy to report 0 progress on my Rafale. I'm in the process of finding a good set of Canadian CF-18 markings to go with the 'what-if' aircraft. I was hoping that i could get the Leading Edge CF-18 Standard Markings set, but the only ones of those that i've found are 1/72(it was with one of the vendors at the Show last weekend for cheap!!!!Disapprove [V]Angry [:(!]), and 1/32. the 1/48 set is ever so elusiveSad [:(]... maybe i'll just settle for one of the other CF-18 sheets.

i didnt get ANYTHING DONE!!! i cant get motivated after all those problems!! im off planes for awhile after this! i went to a hobby show i thought it d be more models but it was mostly R\C which was cool too but it was disappointing last time i went i remember i bought a really cheap model but they werent selling any......i thought i could at least get some national insignia decals to get back on track with these planes but NOTHING!!!!
so im working on my new idea now...........(the ADD aspect is kicking in....)

Hey scer, I just went to my first IMPS show too. It was here ins central cal. I was able to secure a first place and a "best of Juniors" awards. The best of juniors award went to my dio which I finished at 1:30 AM Saturday. Ill get pics as soon as I can. N e ways, I wasy very pleased with the comp. There were some incredible models there. I too got some kits in a raffel, a Hitler 1/72 mercedes bencze and a britis 25pndr and quad set in 1/72. not the best looking kits but hey, they were free!

today i finally got some building done! woohoo! i started a '69 Chevelle with a Tri-
power 454, Z06 wheels, and a few other goodies. i plan to mold the bumpers in, shave everything, french in some more modern door handles, add a 2" cowl to the hood, and shoot on Model Master Bright Yellow. since ive been having trouble focusing on one particular project lately, im going to enter this one in the GB as well, just to make sure i get SOMETHING done by the end. ive got the '70 Chevelle, '71 Charger, and now this '69 Chevelle, surely one or two can be one in time. better go get back to work. later.
