Well, looks like you guys are moving right along. I havent been here in a while because I was ohh so busy trying to complete my dio for a contest. It didnt happen.Sad [:(] Didnt matter too much though because I won best of show with a different dio. I did however finish up my little motorcycle and gave it and my Demag a wash. I have also assembled all of the figs and I am now painting them. I have givin my self a new deadline which will be for another contest. gt go.

thanks for that.
I have a feeling that the cockpits don't look 'busy' enough. but i guess that's the way modern fighter cockpits are... neat & organized.

apparently they are having a problem with their servers, and a bunch of albums were lost. they sayd they got it sorted out, so i'll have to re-upload the pics later tonight. I'll post another one so you don't have to to back to the last page.

progress update... FINALLY!!!!Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]Cool [8D]Cool [8D]Yeah!! [yeah]

Today was a Pro-D day(teachers in meeting, no school!!!!! Approve [^]), so I took full advantage and finished building the cockpits for the Rafale. Btw, i'm going to be building the kit strait from the box. the decals are going to be one of the Leading Edge CF-18 sets, and I'm going to custom-print some lettering of my own.

I took some pics of the cockpit, but Photobucket seems to be down right now. i'll try again later.

an update on my progress...............

i finished my 1/72 universal carrier with 6 pounder a few weeks ago, but havent gotten around to painting yet. i'm taking a bit of a break with modeling latly cause of school; physics is harder than i thought, english and social are easier but i do get some hw. in electro tech i am building a robot that will compete against engineering students, i shall dominate all!!!!! mu wa ha ha long story short bout the bot; i will either do very good or get wasted.

and about the old guns: of couse our models will be better, they can't hold the parts with their shaky hands Tongue [:P]

me, being the master of starting new projects before i finish any others, have decided to add another car for the GB. this one i called project "Pitch Black". it is the AMT '71 Charger, with a transplanted HEMI and blacked out Viper wheels. the paint will be plum crazy with gunmetal flames, and all the trim will be painted gunmetal. it will have a black interior, except for the shifter and serring wheel spokes. i hope it looks near as cool as it does in my head. the only thing is, i cant start till October. so if i get to work on my Chevelle, i can finish it and get it out of the way. later.
