I don't know why my pics are so big. I don't want to change anything because my parents don't know how to change it back and they'll get mad at me probably. Is that Canadian or US Dollars?

Update: Have everything built except gun assembly and thats it. I have to mask my chairs inside because I had to add (for some reason its a couple of steps after you put the 2 hulls together) things inside the fighting compartment. :( Other wise it's good, still some fit problems along the way, but less now. Going along fine. Hope other people are doing good too. The dark tan things inside the fighting compartment are put on in Step 8, while you put the 2 hulls together in step 4!

Scer, You can paint over the tools. If that metal thing is big and bulky its the jack, if you paint the camo over it you would have to show some wear and tear on it. You can either leave the tools on and paint on the camo, or take them off and paint them separatly. The Germans would have had either of the 2.

Awasoda, That kit is a beauty. I loved it. My tacks must have been really bad, because they just would fit.

Yea i finished the assembly on the tiger, it was nice, the zim was incredible, my tracks were a little tight but for the most part are nice, ill jsut have to glue them down to the road wheels.
As far as my panther is consierend nothing until my guts come in. I am not sure if i want to put it in with my t-34 in a dio or make them two seperate ones, i dont want attention tkaen away form either of them.
IF you can't beat them then they are not tied down properly

Need your suggestions guys:
On my kit, there are gas cans, shovel, that weird looking metal thing (I think it might be a jack...) Should I remove them to paint the camo or should i paint the camo over them? I'm lazy and if it was my vehicle I'd paint right over them and I think that would be better camo, but I'm not sure. Opinions?
Thanks

I am going to the hobbystore today so I can get the tamiya Zim Tool and then I will start.
Money is tight for me, very tight. But I have been going a lot of work around the ranch. Well, I guessI have the money for lots of stuff but, I have to split it with 3 hobbies, Modeling, Airsoft, Civil War reenacting. Owell.

Awasoda, You can send your pics to me too at rebelreenactor@hotmail.com
or rebelreenactor3rdconf@yahoo.com
Just a little tip on the tiger kit you got, Try and strech the tracks out, dragon made them way too small. Mine wouldnt go ont without a tough fight.

On the instructions, I'm supposedly over half done, but I've built the inside, the outside minus accessories and the wheels. I made the mistake of attaching the top before I painted the inside... It was pretty hard painting the inside.

quick update. got the Chevelle's chassis and engine painted. as soon as i paint the tranny and get the chrome bits glued on ill have the engine mounted. then i can paint the inner wheels and have them glued in. then i can concentrate on the two parts i want to stick out: the body and the interior. later.

it was pretty cool considering that it was 3 weekes ago! gotta catch up with the times man. i guess in your old age you got, like...................old person lag. its an advanced case of jet lag that occurs gradually as you get older.

I have no idea if this would work, but have you tried Squadron Putty? It fills gaps and stuff. My first pic of the build (Have almost finished lower hull completely, just need to add the storage stuff on the sides, wheels done too) Some parts were broken off as you can see and there have been fit problems with the drivers area and the lower part of the model.
